The working out of those specifics might be where your attention is going to be productive. Al-Anon is not for everyone in your situation, but those who do find it helpful would probably say that it’s the repeated attendance that makes it work.
Or they can be a Pseudocanonical Fic taking the form of an elaborate explanation in story form that gives a whole new spin to the latest episode/chapter/volume. All three of these goals are in perfect alignment, and they mix and mingle in different ways depending on which aspect of Mustachanism we are discussing at any given time.
